The palm oil based product, Alcohol Ethoxylates (AE) is non-ionic Surfactants found in products such as surface cleaners, laundry detergents, cosmetics and for use in agriculture, textiles and paint. Surfactants are compounds that lower the surface tension of liquid, the interfacial between two liquids, or that between a liquid and a solid. Surfactants may act as detergent, wetting agents, emulsifiers, foaming agents and dispersants.
