The Company has three major key shareholders:
I – Taiwan NJC Corporation, was founded in 1990 as joint ventures between Nice Group & New Japan Chemical Co Ltd. Taiwan NJC mainly produce a variety of surface active agents for downstream users. Official website http://www.tnjc.com.tw/
II – New Japan Chemical Co. Ltd, was founded in 1919 started with electrolyzed production of oxygen and hydrogen, the expansively produced oil chemical products, surface active agents, plasticizers and special chemicals. Now, it has become multinational undertaking with production lines in Korea and Malaysia. High-tech know how is another source of its pride.
